Alchemy London is an independent fashion brand that works on creating the most comfortable suit pieces using deadstock fabric.

Web-design

The client brief consisted of two main parts. First, the project focused on mapping out the pain points of the client’s existing website and customer journey to suggest possible improvements, including a recategorised product overview, a reconstructed brand ethos and a community-based shopping experience with customer reviews and loyalty schemes. This way, customers can buy their way into the ‘Alchemy World’, feeling more connected to the brand, its clothes and each other. To make the customer transition from Alchemy’s social media channels to its website seamless, connecting the two through visual aesthetics was a priority. This was achieved through creative coordination of the campaign shoots and the website development as well as regular consultation with the client to ensure the final product is aligned with their vision.

Social Campaign

The second part of this client brief asked for a 7-day in-depth content calendar tailored around Instagram and TikTok. Throughout content days, I assisted in styling, and creative direction, making sure the final campaign was visually aligned with the website. The goal of the shoot was to showcase the uniqueness and power of women in the creative industries, giving each Alchemy suit a persona through the models’ story that consumers can relate to.

As an outcome, the client received an in-depth in-depth content calendar including edited stories, reels, carousel posts with ideal posting times, captions, hashtags and a redesigned website with an improved, account-based consumer journey.
