My role at .KOM includes assisting in client account management and focusing on the B2B growth of the agency itself.

I oversee the full lifecycle of the social media campaigns of the studio’s clientele, from social trend analysis through creative direction to post-production and engagement tracking. I also attend client meetings, where I assist in presenting creative concepts and liaising with clients.

For B2B growth, I conduct competitor analysis, implementing the research into .KOM’s social media strategy and create creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and client enquiries

Throughout my work with .KOM Studio, I assisted with the website development, including selecting visuals, composing written content and also creating captions for the brand’s social media posts. Focusing on writing strategically built-up sections that are informative, yet easily understandable is key to resonate with the brand’s target audience that wants aesthetic-driven, luxurious yet attainable services.

While working with the founder of the agency, regular meetings are scheduled to ensure the written content is always aligned with their vision while also overseeing how well previous content did or what improvements can be implemented for a bigger reach.
